Big dreams of a small waist!

Where do I start?
This is my second attempt at TF, the first was a pissy 1.5wks worth of no eating and no exercising. I failed because I didn't want it, I just did it for my partner who was also doing TF.
   
This time, I'm doing it right and doing it for myself.

I'm 22 and a mother to 2 beautiful girls. I'm not going to blame my weight gain on the babies but use it as a motivation to lose the weight.

I almost finished (yes, didn't finish AGAIN) round 3 of Michelle Bridges 12 week body transformation. I was very happy with my loss which ended up being 15kg but since quitting have put on a few kilos.

I signed up and weighed in on Wednesday last week but didn't start the program until Tuesday 10th April 2012. I will be weighing in on Thursday's (I go into town on thursdays) My starting weight was 80kg and today's weigh in was 79.1.. Which is fantastic as I have only been eating clean for 2 days.

I look forward to reaching 65kg eventually but every kilo between now and then is a minestone. Good luck to you all x

    Trying out a new diet/exercise program, acvide/suggestions?Breakfast: OatmealLunch: Tomato Soup or a small sandwichDinner: Small plate of what ever my mom makesplus one gallon of water a day and no more sodaas for exercise I am doing bike riding, sit ups, and push ups (I would like to do weight lifting but I don't have any equipment though)For right now I am just trying to lose weight (~20-30 lbs.) I will try to work on becoming more muscular later.

    you can do a step by step cooking video check out madaddmdworld he just started doing cooking videos he does both a talking one and then takes pictures you should also do a blog style to or a web site. I would check out both. I agree with souljagurlsha
