My name is Jayde, I'm 20 and have been doing the Tony Ferguson program for 3 weeks. My starting weight was 73.3. I had my three week weigh in yesterday and lets just say I didn't do too well. I was just wondering if anyone else had this issue around this time and how they got themselves back on track.
My main issue is cravings. I give in too easy. Plus I crave EVERYTHING. Also, if I see food or something I relate to food, I want it, especially when I see drive thrus. I was also wondering if anyone has any tips to overcome these cravings.
