Good news for MBF customers
We are pleased to advise that under the LivingWell Program, MBF customers on selected covers can now receive benefits for The Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program.
To make a claim, simply submit a claim form and copy of your receipt for the Weightloss Program to MBF.
Please note: benefits are not available via electronic claiming through HICAPS.
