Tony Ferguson Shakes

When you begin the Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program™ you’ll soon discover that Tony Ferguson Shakes make up a large part. Every Tony Ferguson Shake is nutritionally balanced, providing protein, carbohydrates, a small amount of fat, plus vitamins and minerals to help keep you healthy and satisfied. All the shakes have a Glycemic Index of just 22 and are normally consumed twice a day. Chromium helps your body to produce insulin at the correct rate which stabilizes your blood sugar levels and relieves your body of the carbohydrate cravings you might be experiencing. Tony Ferguson Chromium Plus also contains Vitamin C, which helps your body to absorb chromium, plus cinnamon, which also helps to regulate normal blood sugar levels.
