Tony Ferguson Progress is the second phase of our Program. It takes the latest thinking in food psychology and turns it into a practical, easy to follow weight loss strategy. It builds on the weight loss principles learnt in the Weightloss phase and introduces your favourite foods back into your program so that you learn to enjoy the foods you love while still losing weight! On Progress, the rate of weight loss may be slower than the Weightloss phase, but it can be sustained for a longer period of time and you can actually lose more weight in the long run. You will follow one of two daily plans:

Your Tony Ferguson Practitioner will prescribe your favourite foods, loved meals and back up foods within your typical day and help you work out where to include these during your individual Progress consultation.
