Our Program

The Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program has helped over 600,000 Australians lose weight.  It’s affordable, easy to follow, and best of all – it really works.

Developed by a pharmacist, and headed by a team of health professionals, the Program is based on sound nutritional science.

Support is available every step of the way through your Tony Ferguson Practitioner, our Call Centre and our website. So you never have to feel alone!

Our Program has plenty of variety with 12 different flavoured dairy based Shakes, 2 different Soy shake flavours and 6 different Soup flavours. For the days that you are in a hurry we have a range of convenience products that can be grabbed on your way out of the door. These include our Ready to Drink shakes or Munch bars (both available in 2 great flavours). Protein (meat and meat alternatives), fruit, vegetables and a range of extras are other components of the Program. Individual variation between Program phases apply.


We offer 3 individual phases of the Program designed to suit your lifestyle and stage of weight loss. These include:

  • Weightloss 
  • Progress
  • Maintenance

Weightloss is the introductory phase of the Program. It’s simple and effective, and there’s no counting kilojoules, or fussing over complicated meals.  Just replace two meals a day with our tasty Shakes or Soups. Your third meal of the day is a protein and vegetable based meal of your choice.  Delicious recipe ideas are available in our range of Tony Ferguson Cook books and on our website. When you don’t feel like cooking, our Tony Ferguson Easy Meals are handy, just heat and eat. Fruit, vegetables, extras and treats may be consumed with or in between meals. We're all human, and a little weakness for hot chips, chocolate or ice cream is nothing to feel bad about. When you’re comfortable on the Weightloss phase (after three weeks or more) ask your Practitioner about moving onto Tony Ferguson Progress.  This phase allows you a bit more flexibility, reintroducing some of your favourite foods avoided during the Weightloss phase. On Progress, your Practitioner will help you identify your favourite foods and consider the motivations behind eating them. Then you will learn to enjoy the foods you love in a healthy and constructive way, while still losing weight. Progress provides a balance between effective weight loss and enjoyment of the foods you love. The basic eating guidelines still apply, but with fewer limitations so that you won't feel deprived and are less likely to sabotage your efforts by bingeing. Maintenance

When you have achieved your weight loss goals enquire about our Maintenance Program. This Program is designed to help you maintain your new weight for life. You will have a consultation with a trained Maintenance Practitioner either in store or via our Call Centre. They will put together a Program catering for you that caters to your individual nutritional requirements. All food groups are re-introduced back into your diet but your will learn how much you can have and which are the healthiest choices.
