Summer Fruit Trifle

This is a great Summer dessert idea contributed by Elizabeth and Kylie from the Tony Ferguson Call Centre.

(Serves 2)

Ingredients

  • 2 Tony Ferguson Diet Jellies - 1 Port Wine and 1 Lime flavour
  • 2 Small glasses or dessert bowls suitable for individual trifles
  • Tony Ferguson Dessert Mixes - Vanilla flavour
  • 2 Serves of strawberries (thinly sliced), berries or desired fruit (chunkily chopped)

Method

  1. Spoon Port Wine jelly into each glass.
  2. Divide half the Vanilla Dessert Mix and add to glasses evenly. Then add 3 quarters of the sliced strawberries.
  3. Spoon Lime jelly on top of strawberries, then top with remaining Dessert.
  4. Garnish with leftover strawberries.

Note

  • You should end up with a layered effect. Remember, the jelly is unlimited, so you can use as much or as little as you want. And of course you can use any fruits or jelly flavours you prefer.
  • Each glass provides Diet Jelly, one fruit serve and one treat serve.
