Strawberries Dipped in Choclette
(Serves 1)
Ingredients
- 1 Bar of Tony Ferguson Choclette (milk or dark)
- 5 – 6 Medium strawberries (dry)
Method
- Break up the Choclette into small pieces and place in a small microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 20 - 30 seconds and check if the Choclette has melted.
- Stir the Choclette with a spoon. If not fully melted, repeat process until Choclette melts.
- Dip the strawberries into the melted Choclette immediately.
- Place Choclette dipped strawberries in the refrigerator to allow the Choclette to harden.
Tips:
- Ensure you stir the Choclette straight away after removing it from the microwave.
- Over microwaving will make the Choclette burn.
