Strawberries Dipped in Choclette

(Serves 1)

Ingredients

  • 1 Bar of Tony Ferguson Choclette (milk or dark)
  • 5 – 6 Medium strawberries (dry)

Method

  1. Break up the Choclette into small pieces and place in a small microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for 20 - 30 seconds and check if the Choclette has melted.
  3. Stir the Choclette with a spoon. If not fully melted, repeat process until Choclette melts.
  4. Dip the strawberries into the melted Choclette immediately.
  5. Place Choclette dipped strawberries in the refrigerator to allow the Choclette to harden.

Tips:

  • Ensure you stir the Choclette straight away after removing it from the microwave.
  • Over microwaving will make the Choclette burn.
