- Recipes are very easy to follow, tasty and there was a great variety of dishes to choose from.
- Espresso was my favourite flavour of shake, given it is a bit stronger in taste. Great for breakfast!
- The meal plans are easy to follow and I enjoyed how it was structured.

The Tony Ferguson 12-week program is exactly what I was looking for to snap me out of my bad eating habits. Twelve weeks was the perfect amount of time for me to tackle cravings, eating habits and to learn more about healthy eating. It feels like the most sustainable diet change I have ever made.
The program is very easy to follow. The weekly meal plans are a huge help, so that I never had to wrestle with my cravings when thinking of what I would eat every week. It is easy to know the decision was already made for me and all I had to do was follow the recipes. The best part is that all main meals and snacks are covered, no need to feel hungry! The variety of food is amazing and is essential to staying on track with this kind of diet change. The recipes are very easy to follow and are usually created so you can feed a family or have plenty of leftovers, which sometimes formed part of the meal plan. I have finished the program with a bunch of healthy recipes that I can keep making as part of my normal diet. I have a new appreciation for food groups I wouldn’t have previously thought much about, which has resulted in a much more balanced diet.
