The first step to weight loss is a healthy diet which incorporates high-fibre whole grains, fresh fruit, vegetables and lean protein. Our delicious recipes have been selected and approved by Accredited Practising Dietitian Gloria Cabrera to facilitate weight loss while 12 week program members are participating in the program.
Each of the recipes is simple, quick and easy to prepare and cater for various dietary requirements such as gluten or lactose intolerance. Each recipe lists the calorie content, accompanying nutritional information and recommended serving size.
